Becoming a FMTVDM Center of Excellence [CoE]

"Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an an act but a habit." -- Aristole

THE PROCESS OF BECOMING A FMTVDM CoE

1. Those wanting to use FMTVDM must submit a letter of request for licensure, including why they should be included as a CoE and who will be involved at their center - including CVs of those wishing to be involved.

2. They must sign a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA), agreeing to protect the Intellectual Property of the Patent & Copyrights.

3. They must sign a License Agreement, including the provision to make the test available to everyone independent of insurance or financial status.

4. Once documents are signed, a FMTVDM manual will be made available to the facility.

5. Nuclear technologists at the facility will then undergo training.

6. Nuclear technologists must demonstrate proficiency in FMTVDM, including the quantitative (TFM) calibration process, before studies may be performed at the facility.

7. Final approval is granted for the facility and nuclear technologists to begin FMTVDM studies under the terms defined in the NDA and license agreement.

8. Failure to uphold the licensing agreement will result in immediate revokation of the FMTVDM lisense with resulting loss of legal rights to use FMTVDM.
